Silicon carbide metallurgical pump

The pump body, impeller and pump cover of this series of products are cast by lining or integral core. The parts in contact with the medium are all made of silicon carbide composite ceramic material.

Structure and performance

The silicon carbide composite wear-resistant pump adopts a split-flap pump body design, which is easy to install and maintain; the key flow-through parts use silicon carbide composite materials, combined with a high-strength metal matrix, which has both wear resistance and impact resistance; the impeller adopts an optimized hydraulic model to ensure efficient operation.

The pump has extremely strong wear resistance, which is more than 3.5 times that of high-chromium wear-resistant steel, excellent corrosion resistance, and can withstand a variety of acid and alkali media; high operating efficiency and long-term stability, suitable for high-temperature and high-concentration slurry transportation; long service life and low maintenance cost.

Material used

Silicon carbide material is suitable for any environment with a pH value of 1~14, is not limited by the concentration of chloride and fluoride in the slurry, and has strong wear resistance.

Scope of application

It is widely used in complex working conditions in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power and other industries, and is especially suitable for conveying corrosive and abrasive slurries containing solid particles, such as mortar, ore slurry and chemical slurry.
